Shipping & Returns
We ship with care and intention. Because many of our goods are made in small batches and tied to season and availability, shipping looks a little different here than it does at large retailers.
Shipping
Orders are packed and shipped from our homestead within the timeframe noted at checkout. During periods of high volume or seasonal releases, fulfillment may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and attention.
We currently ship within the United States.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Seasonal & Temperature Considerations
Some products are sensitive to heat or extreme cold. During periods of high temperatures, we may delay shipment briefly to protect quality. When this happens, we will communicate clearly and ship as soon as conditions allow.
Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our goods, all sales are final, with limited exceptions as outlined below.
Food & Perishable Goods
All food items and other perishable goods are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Cosmetic & Body Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic and body care products — including but not limited to tallow balms, lip balms, soaps, and salves — are not eligible for return or exchange once shipped.
These items cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our possession.
Non-Perishable Goods
Non-consumable, non-hygiene items may be considered for return at our discretion, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original condition.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the issue.
Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund, at our discretion.
Final Notes
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
Order Issues
If you believe your order was lost, delayed, or damaged in transit, reach out to us with your order number and details. While we cannot control shipping carriers, we will always do our best to help resolve the issue.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled.
